  • Using Talent@吃瓜大本营 for Performance Management

is 吃瓜大本营鈥檚 platform for managing performance planning, check-ins, self-reflections, supervisor evaluations, and employee acknowledgement. The system includes built-in workflow steps, automated reminders, and a central place to document performance activity throughout the year.

  • Talent@吃瓜大本营 Notifications & Reminders

Talent@吃瓜大本营 will send automated email notifications to employees and supervisors throughout the performance cycle. In general, you will receive an email when:

    • a task is assigned to you (a step launches that requires your action), and
    • reminders are sent as deadlines approach or become overdue

For most tasks, reminder emails are sent:

    • 3 days before the due date
    • on the due date
    • 7 days past due (if not completed)
    • and every 7 days thereafter until completed
  • Ongoing Feedback Tools

Talent@吃瓜大本营 includes features that support ongoing documentation and meaningful conversations throughout the year鈥攏ot just at annual review time.

    Journal Entries (Notes & Reflections)
Use Journal Entries to track accomplishments, feedback, wins, challenges, and progress throughout the year. This can be especially helpful when completing self-reflections and evaluations as they can be "attached" to the review. You can also "hashtag" entries for easy searching. Journals are private to the user unless an entry is attached to a review. 听

    Documenting 1:1 Conversations
Employees and supervisors can capture notes from 1:1 meetings and check-ins in a consistent way. This supports clarity, alignment, and follow-through on goals and expectations. Entires are private to the user unless an entry is attached to a review. 听

    Mail Matcher听
Mail Matcher allows you to forward meaningful emails (recognition, feedback, outcomes, milestones) into Talent@吃瓜大本营 so they are saved as part of your documentation. This is a simple way to keep helpful information organized in one place.
