Alex Khramov

I am a highly versatile IT professional with extensive experience managing enterprise-scale IT operations, projects, and services in a higher education environment. I also have experience directing implementations and supporting efforts spanning IT infrastructure, networking and communications, educational technology, and information and systems security. I am adept in strategic IT planning and management, with proven success in the development and execution of IT strategies, plans, solutions, roadmaps, and policies. I leverage recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring to build high-performance professional teams.

Tommy Nagle

I've worked at the 吃瓜大本营 for about five years now. In my role, I process financials and provide various other types of operational support. Throughout my time here, my position has allowed me to meet and work with a very large variety of other staff members at the university from different units. Personally, I live in Cap Hill with my two-year-old Corgi named Ein. I have a large passion for music and outdoor activity during my time off. I am also an instrument repair tech on the side. Other than that, I love to keep busy and learn new things!

Anna Sher

I am a scientist, wife, and mother. I joined 吃瓜大本营 in 2003, was awarded tenure one year early, and am now one of three female full-professors in NSM. In addition to being an academic, I was the director of Research and Conservation at Denver Botanic Gardens for seven years and am a graduate of the Daniels College of Business High Performance Leadership program. I am a lesbian and am sensitive to gender and sexuality issues.

Since joining 吃瓜大本营 in 2014, I have had the privilege of serving in various roles, including Enrollment Manager, Bene铿乼s Specialist, HR Partner, and Manager of Recruiting. Currently, I am honored to lead as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development, a role strategically designed to integrate our Recruiting and People Development functions. I am passionate about helping others 铿乶d ful铿乴lment in their careers and lives. As a 铿乺st-generation college graduate, my journey has been challenging, but my positive attitude, drive, and work ethic have been my guiding principles.听
My diverse experience has equipped me with strong skills in business administration, leadership, coaching, and customer support services. I have worked with diverse populations on both the academic and administrative sides of education, allowing me to bring a unique perspective to my work and effectively navigate the complexities of various industries or organizations.听

Chase McNamee, Ed.D.

Dr. Chase McNamee is a practitioner-scholar and higher education leader serving as Director of Operations for the John & Sandy Miller National Academy for Free Expression & Pluralism at the 吃瓜大本营. In this role, he works to advance the Academy's mission of fostering free expression, pluralism, civic dialogue, and constructive engagement across differences within higher education and beyond.

Throughout his career, Chase has served in a variety of roles across higher education, including advancement, strategic initiatives, admissions, career services, academic advising, student affairs, and organizational leadership. Prior to joining the National Academy, he served as Director of Campaign Operations in University Advancement at 吃瓜大本营 and previously held the role of Senior Project Manager in the Chancellor's Office, Provost's Office, and Human Resources & Inclusive Community at 吃瓜大本营 As well.听

Chase is passionate about bringing people together to listen, learn, and engage in meaningful dialogue. He is a people-first leader who believes thriving organizations are built through authentic relationships, mutual respect, and a strong sense of belonging. He pairs this relational leadership approach with systems-level thinking to ensure initiatives are thoughtful, sustainable, and effective. His work increasingly focuses on creating environments where individuals with diverse perspectives can engage constructively while strengthening institutional culture and community.

He earned his doctorate in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. He also holds an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling and a B.A. in History from the University of Wyoming. As a practitioner-scholar, Chase conducts research on evidence-informed practice and policy in higher education, advancement, identity-based philanthropy, and organizational culture.
