The ID Card Office is located in Driscoll South, located at 2050 E. Evans Ave, Denver, CO, 80208.

Our normal Office Hours are:

• Monday-Wednesday: 8am-4:30pm
• Thursday: 9am-4:30pm
• Friday: 8am-4:30pm

Please note, a form of photo identification such as a driver’s license or passport is required to pick up your ID card.

• Your ID Card

  The Pioneer ID Card is your official form of identification while at the ³Ô¹Ï´ó±¾Óª. All ³Ô¹Ï´ó±¾Óª constituents including students, faculty, staff, and affiliates are required to carry their ID card while on campus. Below are key points about obtaining your Pioneer ID Card as well as updates regarding ID Card Office operations.

  • Please note that the VERY FIRST ID Card you are issued for all students, faculty and staff is provided free of charge.
  • DO NOT HOLE-PUNCH YOUR ID CARD! The entire card contains sensitive technology and will cease to function if hole punched, cut, folded, chipped, or cracked.

• First-Time ID Cards

  New students, faculty, and staff should submit their ID photos digitally through the online submission portal before your arrival to campus. Photo submission instructions can be found here.

  Once you receive notice that your photo was accepted, you may pick up your ID card anytime during our business hours. We are located in the same building as the ³Ô¹Ï´ó±¾Óª Bookstore, on the lower level. If you cannot access the building upon arrival, please call 303-871-4545 and we will assist you.

• ID Card Replacements

  ID cards can be replaced! Lost cards cost $30.00. Returned damaged cards cost $15.00. For cards that are claimed as stolen, a police report must be presented in order for the Replacement Fee to be waived.Ìý

  • Students may request that the charge be added to their student account

  For replacement cards that will be mailed, Flex is the preferred payment method. Flex funds can be added to your card using a credit or debit card at this .

  Please note that while replacement cards cost $30.00, mailing is provided at no additional charge.

  Students and employees who need a replacement ID card may either visit the ID Card Office personally or request that a replacement card be mailed.

• Mailing Option

  If you are an online student or otherwise unable to visit our office, you may request to have your ID card mailed to you. Submit your request to have your ID mailed via email to pcard@du.edu.Ìý

  Within your request, please include your:

  • ³Ô¹Ï´ó±¾Óª ID NumberÌý
  • Date of birthÌý

  • The complete and accurate mailing address you would like us to send the card to.Ìý

  Once we have all necessary information, our office can notify you of when the card has been sent out in the mail!
