Estimate Your Bill

The Office of Student Billing听is responsible for issuing student bills each term. You'll receive a bill for every term in which you are registered for classes. Financial aid awarded for that term will automatically apply toward your charges before classes begin.听

Things to Note:

These estimated billing worksheets will help you understand what you may owe each term after your financial aid is applied to your student account. To get the most accurate estimate, you鈥檒l need your most recent financial aid offer. Please also keep in mind:

  • You'll need to know how many credits you'll take each term. If you're unsure, contact your academic department or academic advisor.
  • Your bill may include additional charges not included in the worksheets, such as individual course fees, parking permits, library fees, and more.
  • Books and supplies are not billed by 吃瓜大本营 and will not appear on your student bill.
  • To receive financial aid, you must reapply every academic year.听
  • Some types of financial aid鈥攑articularly loans鈥攔equire additional steps before funds will pay to your account.听听听听听

Use these worksheets to estimate your bill for the fall of 2026, or winter, spring, and/or summer terms of 2027. (All worksheets are Microsoft Excel documents.)

Please note: All of these worksheets assume a program start date occurring after fall of 2020. If you started prior to the 2020 fall quarter, you may be eligible for flat-rate tuition if enrolled in 12-18 credits.
