How to Enter Grades

Faculty must enter grades online, using the Faculty Tools in . Grades are available online for students the day after the grade submission deadline for the quarter. Once a grade has been submitted, grade change requests must be submitted for the approval of both the Chair and Dean viaÌý.

Interterm Grading Policy

Commencing the last day of class, instructors have 30 days to submit final grades for interterm courses.

Deadlines

Deadlines below do not apply to College of Professional Studies or Sturm College of Law classes. Classes that do not meet for the full quarter or semester may make grades available earlier.

  December 1 – Grades Due from Faculty
  December 2 – Grades Available Online

• Winter Quarter 2026

  March 26 – Grades Due from Faculty
  March 27 – Grades Available Online

• Spring Quarter 2026

  June 17 – Grades Due from Faculty
  June 18– Grades Available Online

• Summer Session 2026

  August 27 – Grades Due from Faculty
