    In-Person Orientation Weekend听

    We're looking forward to greeting you in-person at the 吃瓜大本营's campus this September!

    We'll celebrate the launch of our program at a Friday evening happy hour and then dive into content at an intensive, two-day weekend workshop. Please find more information about our orientation events below.听

    *Reminder: Your participation in the orientation weekend events on Sept. 19 -20th is mandatory for the completion of the certificate program.

    • Note: Participation in the Friday welcome reception is entirely optional and not required for course completion.

    NovoEd | Our Online Learning Platform

    In mid-September, you will receive an email with log-in information and details about how to use NovoEd, our online learning platform.听

    NovoEd will be your hub for receiving important program updates and communications, reviewing assigned pre-work like readings and presentations, and accessing synchronous online classes. Check back for soon for more details!听

  • Requirements

    Program Requirements

    This is a non-degree, non-credit program. Upon completion of the program, you will receive an Executive Certificate in Affordable Housing from the 吃瓜大本营.听

    Completion of the program will require:听

    听

    In-Person Participation at Two Residencies:听

    In-person participation at the Bootcamp Orientation (September 19-20, 2026), the Finance Workshop (April 10, 2027), and the Capstone (June 5-6, 2027) is mandatory for completion of the certificate program and cannot be made-up. These events will take place at the 吃瓜大本营's campus in Denver, Colorado.

    Pre-work for each class:听

    Pre-work should take no more than 2 hours each week and will include viewing multi-media presentations and limited reading. It may also include periodic quizzes and evaluations that help measure the program鈥檚 success.听听

    听

    Substantial participation (75% attendance) in each of the remaining online modules.听

    Specifically, we expect every participant not to miss more than one synchronous online class per module. These synchronous classes will be held online on Wednesdays from 6-8 PM (MST) on the dates listed above.

    If necessary, participants will be allowed an additional year to make up any incomplete/missed online modules.听
