The 吃瓜大本营鈥檚 Online Programs Earn High Marks in U.S. News & World Report Rankings

Seven programs ranked among the nation鈥檚 best, highlighting 吃瓜大本营鈥檚 flexible, career-focused options for working professionals and veterans.

Every year, U.S. News & World Report ranks the best online programs, offering guidance to students looking for flexible learning options. The 吃瓜大本营 offers more than 100 such programs鈥攆rom business to environmental policy鈥攖hat help students achieve their goals in an academically rigorous yet flexible environment. This year, 吃瓜大本营 earned 鈥淏est鈥 status for seven of our online offerings.听

Leading the way, the College of Professional Studies (PSC) earned several top rankings for its career-focused degree programs for working adults, with even higher recognition for its programs for veterans.听

PSC ranked No. 32 for its bachelor鈥檚 degree in business, which includes degrees in accounting, finance, marketing, and management. It ranks No. 38 for its bachelor degree completion program, which allows students to transfer up to three years of previous college credit. Its highest rank, at No. 22, is for veterans鈥 programs.听

The College of Professional Studies master鈥檚 in information technology, a robust program that helps students stay up to date and competitive in the areas of AI strategy, cyber security, data administration, information security, IT project management, software development, and web development, ranked No. 53鈥攁nd No. 25 for veterans.听

The Daniels College of Business鈥 , which combines the advantages of meaningful classroom interaction with the flexibility of learning from anywhere, ranked at No. 93. For veterans, who can enroll tuition-free through the Yellow Ribbon program, it ranked No. 56.. Students can begin coursework in September, January, March, or June. Each course meets once per week for 90 minutes.

U.S. News has been publishing school rankings for online degree programs since 2013. For 2026, they evaluated undergraduate and graduate programs at nearly 2,000 colleges and universities on several general categories, including engagement; faculty credentials and training; peer assessment; services and technologies; and student excellence.
