Students returning to the �Թϴ�Ӫ this fall will soon notice the addition of dining and housing options, as well as a few renovations within some student residences.

Lynn Marie Apartments, which was formerly a mixed-use building housing students and the public, has been turned over from�����ٴ���. The apartment building will now be used solely for undergraduate student housing for juniors and seniors, according to Christopher Silva, director of housing.

The apartments, located at 1995 S. University Blvd., will house 20 students and are similar in style to the former Cavalier Apartments building, which is no longer in use.

Silva says several renovations have also taken place that will benefit students. These include ADA upgrades in��University Place��and��; the replacement of waste stack pipes in��; the replacement of all study chairs in��; and the transformation of a study room in Centennial Towers into a multifaith meditation and prayer room. Created in collaboration with Facilities Management and the University chaplain, the space is open to all faculty, staff and students.

Students also will have more options when it comes to dining, says Ira Simon, resident district manager. First on the list is World of Wings (WOW), which serves a variety of menu items, including burgers, wings, salads, wraps and more. Scheduled to open Oct. 3, WOW will be housed in the new home of the��.

Starbucks will open a full-service location during the winter quarter in the lower level of the��. Simon says the Starbucks will replace Jazzman’s Café and will “create more community and engagement in the student center.” Employees from Jazzman’s will be relocated to Starbucks.
