Talent@³Ô¹Ï´ó±¾Óª is ³Ô¹Ï´ó±¾Óª's talent management platform with opportunities for learning and professional development all in one place. Talent@³Ô¹Ï´ó±¾Óª uses Cornerstone's platform, one of CUPA-HR's preferred providers for talent management software.

Talent@³Ô¹Ï´ó±¾Óª contains the following modules. All of the modules are integrated to provide the best employee experience possible.

• Performance Management System
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Succession Planning
• Compensation

Cost and Eligibility:

All active employees at the ³Ô¹Ï´ó±¾Óª are eligible to use Talent@³Ô¹Ï´ó±¾Óª (Cornerstone) for performance planning at no cost.

Adjunct Faculty have access to Talent@³Ô¹Ï´ó±¾Óª if they are in a current active job. When you return into an active job, your access to Talent@³Ô¹Ï´ó±¾Óª will be re-instated and all your previous trainings, and training history will be available.Ìý

How do I start using Talent@³Ô¹Ï´ó±¾Óª?

Login to my.du.edu and select Talent@³Ô¹Ï´ó±¾Óª under employee tools widget.
